ABOUT ME
FIRST AND FOREMOST, I’M SO HONORED YOU’VE MADE IT HERE! I HAVE A FEELING WE’RE GONNA BE FRIENDS.
I lean toward documentary-style photography. That is a fancy way of saying I’m a big fan of candid storytelling. Creating photographs that make you feel something is at the heart of what I do — I will never shy away from emotion, and I am devoted to honoring authentic stories. I love to sit back, observe, and document the essence of a wedding day as it naturally unfolds. That said, I’m also here to tell you if you have something in your teeth.
I find beauty in lingering for a little too long at dining tables, quiet time with Jesus, time spent with my effortlessly talented husband (and go-to second shooter), film photography, and picking up too many crafty hobbies. Our neighborhood coffee shop is one of my favorite places to be, made even better with a friend across the table.
On wedding days, I find inspiration in the in-between. I’m here for the big moments, too, but I’m a firm believer that the quiet moments matter just as much. After nearly 10 years of capturing memories, the sacredness of these moments has not been lost on me. Documenting is an honor that I am so privileged to steward.
I believe weddings are not meant to be productions, and photographs are meant for more than sharing on a feed. I balance these truths with a deep respect for your wedding images, knowing they’ll become heirlooms for you + your loved ones to treasure for years to come. My mission is to remind you how it felt.
